Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details. This confirms that we have successfully received your order and have begun preparing it.

Your order will be processed within 48–72 hours. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons.

Shipping & Dispatch

After processing, your order is transferred to our trusted shipping partners(Canada Post, FedEx, UPS). You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number, courier information, and an estimated delivery date. This allows you to monitor your package in real time.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package, they will leave a notice and attempt another delivery. Your order may also be held at a local post office or courier hub for pickup. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed pickup, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the damage. If your order is delayed, lost, or missing, reach out to the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue. We are committed to ensuring you receive your Jojo Eno products safely.
