Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance oils, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered. Items such as opened, used, or partially used perfume oils, free samples and gifts, products not in their original packaging, and orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer are considered non-returnable and are not eligible for a refund—except in cases of damage or error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must email customercare@jojoeno.com within seven days of delivery. Your message should include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. After reviewing your submission, we will determine whether a replacement, exchange, or store credit will be issued. If a return is required, we will provide full instructions, and in situations where the error is ours, we may cover the cost of return shipping.

Return Instructions (For Approved Cases Only)

If a return is authorized, you will receive a Return Instruction Email outlining the next steps. All items must be securely packaged and shipped using a trackable method, and JOJO ENO is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Exchanges and store credits are processed promptly once the returned product has been verified.
